Caribbean Jerk Marinade: Date Added: 31 Jul 2011 Ingredients:

1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon Caribbean jerk seasoning

Cooking Instructions:

1. Combine marinade ingredients in small bowl. Place meat or vegetables and marinade in food-safe plastic bag; turn to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or as long as overnight, turning occasionally.
