Tarragon Marinade: Date Added: 30 Jul 2011

Ingredients

1/3 Cup canola oil
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 Teaspoons dried tarragon, OR 2 Tablespoons fresh, minced
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper

Cooking Instructions

1. Whisk oil, wine vinegar, mustard, garlic, tarragon, salt and pepper together in a shallow dish.
2. Add meat pieces, coating all surfaces. Cover, refrigerate and marinate 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
3. When ready to cook, drain meat pieces and discard marinade.
